This card was made using the Yuletide Christmas stamp set along with the new Deck the Halls Christmas designer paper. The front panel was cut using the Big Shot Top Note die and folded in half to hold the "Merry Christmas" greeting. The scallop border punch was used to make the scalloped matting. All measurments are listed so you can make this card. Watch my "Eyelet Border Punch video" for full instructions on how to make these easy scalloped mats!
