I really want to make my own card's this year and need to know the easiest & quickest way of doing so......tips would come in handy for this weekend

I never had a crediit card, and I don't know much about it. They gave me a credit limit of 0. All I know is that:
-never make late payments
-dont use more than half of your credit limit
-pay it off all at once
please give me any information, i have no credit history! so i wanna keep it in good shape

Seriously, the girl didn't make my food, wait the table or even cash me out - I use my credit card at the reader on the menu.
However, they always act rude when they realize they aren't getting a tip from me.
Besides, they aren't making servers wage which is much lower than minimum wage. I used to be a server for many years and I know what it's like not making minimum wage and having to rely on tips.
Do you guys tip them??
