I Have a Video File on my computer but if i try to put it in my memory card to make it a ringotne it doesnt show up and i think i have to convert it into a 3G2 first any tips ? Or Solutions ?

I never had a crediit card, and I don't know much about it. They gave me a credit limit of 0. All I know is that:
-never make late payments
-dont use more than half of your credit limit
-pay it off all at once

Seriously, the girl didn't make my food, wait the table or even cash me out - I use my credit card at the reader on the menu.
However, they always act rude when they realize they aren't getting a tip from me.
Besides, they aren't making servers wage which is much lower than minimum wage. I used to be a server for many years and I know what it's like not making minimum wage and having to rely on tips.
Do you guys tip them??

is it best to buy a blank A4 (or what size book) and add to it or get individual bits of card as pages and make each page 1 at a time and then bind them together, if so how: punch holes then add ribbon, or use and decorate a binder or what? Also how do you stop it from getting worn and messy looking as i think putting in plastic binding pockets would ruin the effect, also sometimes when you punch holes they end up ripping and falling out of the binder, is this where using a pre made book would be better?? tips ,thoughts and advice please??

Ok, so when I'm in WoW (World of Warcraft...) I get the occasional lag here and there.... that is, until I get into a big city (Like Orgrimmar) where there is ALOT of people. Then the lag is almost unbearable. What do you think would make this lag go away? More RAM? New video card? Please help

I'm having a minor financial issue and need to get my savings back up soon before my 18th when my mother stops paying child support to my dad and i start paying weekly rent.
I already have a part time job with the poor minimum wage of £3.80 per hour with only 3-7 hours a week and also have weekly EMA from my local college for taking full time education which is roughly around £30 a week due to my dad being self employed.
I had £780 in my savings for a trip to Holland and now only £140 when my trip was canceled due to personal reasons, i must have spent £350 on the gym for the weekly fees and then paying for the whole year while the rest has drained with Buying an Xbox to do in my spare time.
I'm not desperate for money now but i could use it so i can start doing my driving lessons, I'm wondering if there any other form work i could do to gain more wealth. I'm not sure if i have the time to get another part time job but i could if it didn't interfere with my studies.
The only thing i know i could sell is my Old pokemon cards which can be worth a sum of money but i have no idea where to sell for a good price. Also don't wish to whore myself out.

My PC's pushing 6 years old, but still runs new games like HL2, BF2 and Quake 4 quite well. Lately, though, it's been making wierd sounds. I took the case off, and it looks like the small internal fan's damaged and I seriously doubt my ability to repair it myself. It still runs fine, I'm on it right now, but I'm worried this could lead to further problems later on. I was thinking of taking it to Best Buy, but a diagnostic alone from geek Squad costs plus to install one new piece of hardware once that's done... of course not counting the cost of the part itself.
What I'm wondering is, can anyone recommend a place that's less costly, or even if I should try to find a local place instead of a chain? The only time I ever had the thing serviced was when I put a new graphics card in, so I haven't shopped around much myself. Or, even better, if someone else who has this problem has a few tips on how to correct it themselves? It's a Compaq Presario, if that helps.
There's one large fan that sticks out the back and is shrouded on the inside. That isn't making the noises. The smaller one under it is, looks like it's hanging from the shroud and is held in place by 4 screws. My GFX card is under it, though, and I can't really tell which one it is. I'll see if I can replace the small fan, and if it's the card... well, I need to upgrade anyway. GeForce FX 5700 Ultra... nothing special, but it's all I've ever needed.
I can get a better PC from Dell for about 0, I can afford /month, but... I've got 80GBs of fond memories on this old thing, and I'm the sentimental type.
