i am working on a yugioh deck right now and was wondering if it was better to weigh packs and buy them separately or buy tins? i am making a blackwing deck and need reference on what pack/tin would get me better cards. (i dont want to buy packs that might not even get me cards i need)
WHAT PACKS OR TINS (are tins or packs better?) GET ME BLACKWING MONSTERS???

I'm recently in charge of mailing birthday cards to all of our clients. Can anyone suggest a system that works for what days to prepare and what days to send cards?
